T11’S TOS GUIDELINES
TIMELINE:

-Different types of commission, take different amounts of time to complete them. Because of this, the timeline of completion for your commission will be determined once the project has been accepted by T11 (You will be given a rough finish date on Day 1 of your commission).PAYMENT:

-If the commission is under a $100, you will be expected to pay upon completion, in which I will send you a heavy watermarked version of your product. (However, if you are a regular/trusted customer, I may just send the raw files ahead of time. Do Not expect this. I only do this for close friends.)
-If the commission is over $100, you must pay 50% before the commission, and the remaining 50% after the watermarked files are sent.
- Raw Files Will Always Be Sent To You After The Commission Has Been Paid In Full.

-STANDARD & PREMIUM PLANS) If the footage you’ve sent has passed the three hour mark, but is under hour & a half of extra content. You will be charged a $20 OVERTIME FEE, instead of the additional 3 hourly rate fee of $40.

-I require to know how you would like your videos edited, ahead of time. [EX: Style, Aesthetic, Swear Words, Memes, Music?etc.]
